Transit software developers: sign up for testing pre-lodged transit declarations and manifest presentations

Pre-lodged transit declarations and manifest presentations will be deployed on 5 October 2024. Software developers and service providers must carry out advance testing of pre-lodged transit declarations and manifest presentations with Customs. Testing is voluntary for message exchange customers who purchase their software from software suppliers. 

Testing schedule

You can already sign up for testing. Testing with Customs starts in August 2024. Customs will agree on a specific time for testing with your company.

Software suppliers and providers of message exchange services will test the declarations first. After that, voluntary customers of software suppliers will carry out testing.

How do I apply for testing?

Transit message exchange customers can sign up for testing by submitting a free-form application by email to UCC(at)tulli.fi.
