Reduced service hours of the Customs Information Service on 7 and 8 November 2023

On 7 and 8 November 2023, general information and customs declaration support for private individuals and businesses will exceptionally be available only from 8.00 to 15.00.

The following service numbers are under reduced hours:

• Private customers, general information, tel. 0295 5201 and customs declaration support, tel.  0295 5206.
• Businesses, general information, tel. 0295 5202 and user support for online services, tel. 0295 5207 (dial 1).

Other service numbers operate normally. See contact details on the Customs website.
