New transit declarations will not be introduced until November 2023

The aim was to start using new transit declarations as of 2 September 2023, but the introduction is postponed until November 2023. Customers who use the Customs Clearance Service will start using all new declarations on 18 November 2023. 

Transition period for message declarants

Finnish Customs will later publish information about the transition periods for message declarants and about the guarantee query messages.
