Message declarants lodging entry declarations: do not provide a phone number in message FI339

An error in the further processing of temporary storage declarations has been detected in the Customs system. When sending Customs the message FI339, i.e. “free-form contact”, message declarants must not provide a phone number in the message for the time being (FI339A/Submitter/Communication/Identification). We will provide more information when this detail can be provided again. 

The error occurs only with message FI339. The phone number can be provided normally, as before, in all other messages and in the Customs Clearance Service.
