Proposed decision on rejection of the invalidation request, service

A notice is hereby provided to Lanka Bandaranayakea in the form of a service by publication as stipulated in Section 62 of the Administrative Procedure Act of Finland (434/2003) stating that the proposed decision on rejection of the invalidation request 24FIU00006757784R6, as it was not possible to serve the decision otherwise, can be viewed in the customer service facilities of Finnish Customs, which can be found on the second floor at the address: Finnish Customs, Opastinsilta 12, 00520 Helsinki, for a period of 30 days from the service of the decision.      

The service of the decision shall be considered effected on the seventh day after the day when this notice was published at the Customs website.
