Attachment Upload
You can use the Attachment Upload service to send attachments to Customs. You can use this service if you are not able to upload the attachment to the customs declaration directly in some other of Customs’ e-services.
The attachments can be uploaded to the service after submitting the customs declaration or before it. Please note that attachments cannot be archived or stored in the service.
You can also send the attachments requested by Customs by secure email or by email. Read more about sending secure email.
Logging in
Logging into the service requires identification. Please note that non-Finnish persons cannot use the Finnish Authenticator application to identify themselves in the service.
You will need the mandate “Customs clearance“ to act on behalf of a company in the service. Read more about mandates.
