No longer possible to browse old declarations in the Export Declaration Service after 2 December 2024

In addition to submitting export declarations, the Export Declaration Service has offered the possibility of browsing previously submitted old export declarations and related decisions. 

The use of the Export Declaration Service changes as described here when the Customs Clearance Service is deployed for export. 

• As of 5 October 2024, it will no longer be possible to submit new declarations in the Export Declaration Service. Instead, new declarations are submitted in the Customs Clearance Service.
• It is possible to browse declarations and search decisions in the Export Declaration Service until 2 December 2024.

We ask you to move or save those decisions or declaration details that you may need to access in the future.

Obtaining old decisions after 2 December 2024

If after 2 December 2024 you need a decision regarding a declaration submitted in the Export Declaration Service, Customs can send it to you. You can ask for release decisions by emailing your request to arkisto(at)tulli.fi. In accordance with the Act on Criteria for Charges Payable to the State, Customs will collect a charge for decisions that are sent separately.
