Proposed decision on rejection of the amendment request, service

A notice is hereby provided to Babu Ananthu in the form of a service by publication as stipulated in Section 62 of the Administrative Procedure Act of Finland (434/2003) stating that the proposed decision on rejection of the amendment request MRN 24FIU00002142960V9, as it was not possible to serve the proposed decision otherwise, can be viewed in the customer service facilities of Finnish Customs, which can be found on the second floor at the address: Finnish Customs, Opastinsilta 12, 00520 Helsinki, for a period of 30 days from the service of the decision.      

The service of the decision shall be considered effected on the seventh day after the day when this notice was published at the Customs website.
