The accessibility of the service

Current accessibility of the content of the service: partly meets the requirements laid down in the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services.

The known problems with accessibility

The service still has some usability problems. The recognised problems with accessibility are described below. If you notice a problem in the service that is not included in the list, please contact us.  

The following content does not meet the requirements laid down in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services and will be fixed as soon as possible: 

  • Toolbars 
    • The buttons Search and Clear all, have been placed unnecessarily on the toolbar (role=”toolbar”), which does not have an accessible name. Furthermore, they do not support the recommended keystrokes for the toolbar. (WCAG 4.1.2)
  • Error messages 
    • If the search is carried out with an erroneous MRN, the user is shown an error message (“An error occurred in the search. Please try again later”). The error message does not say what the error concerns. (WCAG 3.3.3)
