Problems with sending requests for statistical information

Requests by Customs Statistics from 18 December 2021 to 24 March 2022, for verification of import and export declarations, have not been sent to customers in paper format. The same problem also concerns the requests for Intrastat statistical information, where the client company has not provide Customs with an email address. The problem was caused by a system error and only concerns letters in paper format. Around 2 400 letters were not posted because of the problem. The letters were sent on 25 March 2022.

The response time mentioned in the request has run out. There is no need for concern. Please respond to the request within 15 working days of receiving the letter.

The problem has been resolved and the requests from 25 March 2022 onward are sent to customers on the regular schedule.
