Ordering goods online

These pages contain more information about online shopping, restrictions, import taxation, customs clearance and appeals.

When the item you have ordered is delivered to you from EU’s customs and fiscal territory (i.e. from another EU country) and the item is either manufactured or cleared in that country, Customs does not collect taxes on the item and you do not have to clear it through customs.

Furthermore, you do not have to declare to Customs or pay any import duties on games, music and computer games downloaded directly from the internet.

Additional customs duties for products of U.S. origin as of 22 June 2018
Please note that beauty products, knitted sweaters, trousers, bed linen, men’s footwear, as well as various other products are subject to an additional customs duty of 25 % in addition to possible general customs duties. Playing cards are subject to an additional customs duty of 10 %.
