Customs’ systems will be upgraded on 26 May 2018. Changes will be made to the technical environment of the systems, and this will not affect the customer messages, declarations or user interfaces.
However, the changes in the technical environment may cause delays in the message exchange by increasing the number of erroneous messages, which will cause a higher number of declarations to be lifted up for processing by Customs, temporarily lengthening the response time.
