Hippu provides answers in Finnish, Swedish and English to your questions concerning:

  • the location of parcels 
  • gift consignments
  • customs declarations
  • what to do from 1 July 2021 when the new VAT rules come into force. More information: All goods must be declared from 1 July

Do not enter any personal details in the chatbot. 

We will store the conversations for the purpose of improving the chatbot.
