The information services for private persons provide information on all matters that concern customs operations. If you have a question about clearing a postal parcel, or if you are declaring a consignment for the first time, have a look at the instructions on the website Declare your parcel.
Customs does not transport or store parcels. Please contact the company in charge of the transport, Posti or the freight company, if you have any questions about the notification of arrival or about the location or contents of the parcel.

If you cannot access our services by phone, chat or chatbot, you can send your query to our registry office by post or email. You can also submit your query to the nearest customs office with customer service for delivery to the registry office.
