Information for private customers
The information services for private persons provide information on all matters that concern customs operations and you get help e.g. with filling in the customs declaration or with clearing a postal parcel.
Customs does not transport or store parcels. Please contact the company in charge of the transport, Posti or the freight company, if you have any questions about the notification of arrival or about the location or contents of the parcel.
Log in and send your question
As a private customer, you can log into the service Contact Customs Information using your online banking ID codes, your mobile certificate or your certificate card. Companies can log in with a Katso ID. We strive to answer your enquiry within four working days.
