E-services’ user support for businesses

This page provides contact information for the e-services user support, which will provide you help and technical support in using Customs’ e-services and in lodging message declarations.

If you call the service number, dial the telephone service number according to the subject of your question.

When you send confidential information or personal details to Customs, we recommend that you use secure email.
