Piloting of a chat function at Customs

We want to develop our customer service, and therefore we are piloting the chat functionality in different service areas. At the moment, we are testing the chat in the Import Declaration Service for private persons. The chatbot is on a break after the pilot project, but will be available for private persons again later in 2021.
