The Airport Customs freight customer service point is relocating on 3 April 2023 (updated 17.3.2023)

Airport Customs freight customer service point at Helsinki-Vantaa airport is relocating to Rahtitie 1 A, 01530 Vantaa. The service point will remain in the same building, but the entrance is relocated to staircase A.

You usually don’t need to visit a customs office. Customs transactions can generally be done online.

Private persons receive assistance concerning import declarations in Finnish, Swedish and English by calling the number 0295 5206, Mon‒Fri, 8.00‒18.00 (in summer 8.00‒16.15).
