Entering a customs warehousing declaration as previous document in an import declaration

If the document preceding the import declaration is a so-called UTU warehouse deposit, i.e. an electronic declaration for customs warehousing submitted to the UTU system, enter the previous document in the import declaration as follows:

1. Enter the code 632 (warehouse deposit) as previous document, and the MRN of the electronic customs warehousing declaration as document number.
2. Enter, at goods item level with code 632, the MRN of the electronic customs warehousing declaration and its goods item number as previous document. You can enter multiple MRNs and/or UTU goods item numbers (no more than 10) for one goods item.
3. The warehouse deposit numbers (the declarants own reference) and their dates, are entered at goods item level in their own fields.
