Participate in a survey and make a difference: EU’s Single Window service environment for customs operations
The EU is gathering views from customs’ customers in different countries about the formalities regarding the movement of goods across EU borders. The survey results will feed into the preparatory work for a Single Window service environment for customs operations. A Single Window service environment means that parties involved in trade and transport would be allowed to lodge standardised information and documents to customs and other authorities with a single entry-point, when goods are moved across EU borders. Currently, Finnish Customs manages tasks for 11 ministries and several different government agencies.
Reply and make a difference whether you are an importer or exporter, a transport or forwarding agency, other company or organisation involved in international trade. Other agencies and private persons can also fill in the survey.
The survey is open until 16 January 2019.
