You can contribute by answering Customs' user satisfaction survey
This autumn, Finnish Customs is measuring customer satisfaction and the usability of customs declaration services.
Customs has an ongoing comprehensive development programme, which encompasses a renewal of the whole customs clearance system. The answers to our surveys provide us with valuable information regarding our customers’ experiences and requirements, enabling us to develop our functions and to provide our customers with an even better customer experience in the future.
We ask that customers, who use Customs’ declaration services on the web, answer our user satisfaction survey during 4-29 September 2017. A link to the survey will be published on the front page of the declaration services regarding Import, Export, Transit and Safety and Security. A customer satisfaction survey aimed at a broader clientele will be implemented in October.
